Optical metrology for manufacturing

This year’s Photonex exhibition and co-located Enlighten Conference, dedicated to light technologies, will be held on 11th and 12th October 2017 at Ricoh Arena, Coventry.
The event is underpinned by a strong technical and application based conference with key growth sectors being discussed in 2017. Key for manufacturing industry will be a day-long conference ‘Optical Metrology for Manufacturing’. This meeting will bring together leaders in industry, research institutes and universities to discuss the latest developments and new applications for optical metrology. This conference will further highlight principles and systems available for metrology along with detailed examination of selected applications.
